social and educational work of the Athens State Orchestra which insists that music is not a luxury intended only for initiates or privileged, but a commodity to which everyone can and should have access. The Orchestra meets people of all ages, citizens who have health problems or financial problems that owe them for some reason to live limited or far away and offer them the pleasure of listening live music.
